LA RESERVE REAL ESTATE FOR SALE
TUCSON, ARIZONA 85737

People are drawn to Tucson for many reasons. Not least of which are the dramatic mountain views. What? Mountains in Arizona? It’s surprising how often Tucson is misunderstood. Then there are the stunning sunsets. Add to that is Southern Arizona’s unique plant and animal life and the willingness of most of us to let them live their lives and we live ours.

While most of the 1100 acres of the La Reserve community is gated, the original residents require no pass, and roadrunners can be seen chasing cars while the quail keep their large families close. Once in a while a javelina or two will wander through looking for food. Many residents have telescopes trained on the cliffs of the mountains to look for the wildlife that inhabit the area.

Nestled into the western end of the Catalina Mountains in Oro Valley there is ample opportunity for horseback riding as well as biking and hiking. The community may feel as if it’s far from the city yet it’s very near excellent and varied restaurants, shopping, boutiques, supermarkets and malls. Medical facilities are not far, as Northwest Hospital is in the area.

18 subdivisions make up the La Reserve community

Bighorn Point, Canyon Estates, Crimson Canyon, Deer Run, Desert Mirage, Gold Canyon Estates, La Mirada, Mirabella, Ponticello, Rams Canyon I, II, & III, Rams Canyon Estates, Rams Hill, The Ridge, Stoney Canyon I, Wilderness Estates I, Wilderness Estates II, Wilderness Estates III, Window Rock.

These were built between 1988 and 2009. According to the Tucson Multiple Listing Service, homes for sale in La Reserve range from the mid $100,000 to over $1,000,000. Townhomes are from $90,000 to over $300,000. The one and two story homes and townhomes are diverse in style including Contemporary, Patio Home, Mediterranean, Santa Fe, southwestern and Ranch.

La Reserve is served by the Amphitheater School District
The high school is Canyon Del Oro, the middle school is Cross and the elementary school is Copper Creek.
