Gadsden-Pacific Division Toy Train Operating Museum

Gadsden-Pacific Division Toy Train Operating Museum
    3975 N. Miller Ave.
    Tucson, Arizona 85705
    520-888-2222

    Description
If you ran across the Gadsden-Pacific toy train museum while it was still at the Foothills Mall, it might be worth a trip to see its new home on Miller Avenue. Larger layouts mean visitors can get a better view of the collection, which includes numerous model trains running on five platforms. Repeat attendees can also appreciate the ever-changing exhibits, which are altered regularly to provide a different viewpoint of the hobby.

Of course, new visitors can expect to appreciate Tucson's only model railroad museum even more. What child isn't enthralled by miniature trains? Even if you're not a enthusiast, the train memorabilia that can be seen throughout the museum will try to convert you.

It may take some careful planning to visit the museum due to its irregular hours. Be sure to check out the Web site below for updated information.

    Hours
Visit the Web site at hometown.aol.com/ienglish/index.htm. The museum does not have regular hours and is usually open a couple weekends a month.

    Admission
It is always free to visit the Gadsden-Pacific museum, but donations are welcome.
