Here are the June statistics.  Days on market dropped much to my surprise.  But looks like everything else went up… not good for buyers.  Total units sold stayed the same.  I still see trouble ahead for sellers so make sure you price it right!   March April May June Average Sales Price $282,439 $277,076 $269,217 [...]
