June Stats and more…

But looks like everything else went up… not good for buyers. Total units sold stayed the same. I still see trouble ahead for sellers so make sure you price it right!

The 3 tiered fixed mortgage is a buydown program that we saw many years ago. Looks like 40 year mortgages are going to be more common. Stay tuned for new FHA programs that may include 100% financing.
