Well it happened the way I was hoping as the Federal Reserve lowered
the Federal Funds Rate to 4.75%, and the most important rate to you the
Discount Rate to 5.25%. That was a 1/2% drop for both rates. In a
couple of days the dust will settle and the Mortgage Rates will settle
also. Get yourself pre-approved and start looking for a Home. I see a
lot more activity coming and homes starting to move again.

This was a very smart move on the Federal Reserves part as it will get
things moving again and they can start tweaking next month when they
meet again.
